- We save energy – we remember to turn off lights where they are not needed, for example when leaving rooms or common areas of the building. We use energy-efficient light bulbs and appliances.
- We produce energy – we have installed photovoltaic panels on our roofs and generate a significant portion of the electricity we consume.
- We heat ECOlogically – our heat pumps are not only a much more ECO-friendly solution, but also a more logical one than "smog-producing" coal-fired stoves.
- We sort our trash – we divide waste into four categories – plastic and metal, paper, glass, and biodegradable waste. We remember to crush packaging to reduce its volume.
- We save water – we try to reduce its consumption in bathrooms, kitchens, and gardens.
- We dispose of liquid waste – it is collected in sealed containers, which are regularly emptied by a certified company, and then transported to a sewage treatment plant.
- We eliminate plastic – we replace packaging, plates, cutlery, and straws with reusable glassware, and our disposable tableware is biodegradable.
- We live in harmony with nature – we use natural cosmetics and environmentally friendly chemical products, we collect trash found in the forest, and we enjoy everything the wilderness has to offer.
