BREAKFAST

“ROYAL BREAKFAST” is a morning feast served buffet-style. Sample menu: coffee, tea, milk, several types of cereal, homemade jams, honey, cheeses, cottage cheese, cold cuts, bread, toast, bagels, sweet rolls, butter, hard-boiled eggs, egg spread, sun-dried tomato spread, cucumbers, tomatoes, seasonal fruit. For hot dishes, we serve scrambled eggs, hot dogs, frankfurters, waffles, apple pancakes, crepes, and casseroles. Some of these items are always available, while others change from day to day.
PRICE: 45 PLN/person, 25 PLN/child under 7

“SERVED ON A TRAY” is a takeout breakfast that you can enjoy outdoors or in your room. On the tray, you’ll find (items may vary): homemade jams, honey, cheeses, cottage cheese, spreads, cold cuts, bread, butter, and fresh vegetables. This is a cold breakfast; you pick it up from our dining room and take it with you. The price includes coffee or tea with your meal.
PRICE: 30 PLN/person.

Breakfast is served from 9:00 a.m. In case of high demand, in order to avoid crowding in the dining room and queues at the coffee machine, we have two shifts, at 8:45 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. Please let us know the day before if you are interested in breakfast the next day and which shift you prefer .

We apologize for stating the obvious, but... Please remember that the buffet breakfast is served in the dining room. The breakfasts are delicious, but please resist the temptation to take food “to go.” Prefer takeout? Take advantage of our “tray-served” breakfasts.

LUNCH and DINNER

"POCZEKALNIA" is SIRVIS's à la carte restaurant, where you can choose whatever you feel like eating on a given day.

We work with a team of superwomen who will take you on a culinary journey through the Suwałki region, treating you to local specialties, but that's not all. In addition to regional flavors, get ready for other culinary experiences. In addition to the regular items, every day the menu will offer a choice of two soups of the day, two main courses, and two sweet items to lift your spirits. We warn you, the choice will not be easy. We have tested it and found that everything on this menu is really delicious.

NAPOLETANA by the lake

Neapolitan pizza by Lake Serwy? Because we like this kind of pizza, we decided to take on the challenge and introduce "napoletana" to our menu. We prepare the dough from four ingredients (flour, water, yeast, salt), give it at least 24 hours to breathe and rise. The crust is always handmade, thin, with a "puffed" edge. We bake the pizza at a temperature of about 500 degrees for +/- 90 seconds.
