No, meals are an additional charge. We offer two breakfast options: 1. The "Royal Breakfast" buffet costs 45 PLN per person and 25 PLN per child under 7. 2. "Served on a tray" costs 30 PLN per person. Prices for other meals (lunch and dinner) can be found on the menu. Details of our culinary offerings are available in the "FOOD" tab.

Yes, we have a few additional fees. We are required to collect a tourist tax on behalf of the Municipality of Płaska in the amount of 3.00 PLN per person per night. If you rent the entire house exclusively and there are more than 14 guests, we charge 50 PLN per night for each additional person. We also charge a fee of 50 PLN per night for pets staying on our premises. We charge a fee of 100 PLN for lost room or gate keys. If a key is broken in the lock, we will additionally charge the guest for the cost of repair and replacement.

To be honest, pets at SIRVIS are quite a dilemma. That's why this section is so loooong :) On the one hand, we love furry friends, but on the other, we have a lot of problems with the carelessness of our pet guests, or rather their owners. That's why we've created a "pet etiquette" guide, which is basically a collection of obvious rules... 1. Pets must not be left unattended. You are responsible for controlling their behavior and removing any waste left on the property. 2. Pets must not disturb other guests' relaxation – make sure they are quiet, keep them on a leash in the company of other guests, and remember that not everyone loves your pet as much as you do. 3. Pets are not liable for damage. You are fully responsible for your pet's behavior and any related losses. 4. Your pet needs to run around and play in open spaces – take your pet for a long walk outside our premises. It is also worth remembering that Lucy and Wincent, who live here permanently, are co-hosts of SIRVIS. Take a look at the photo gallery to get to know them. Little Lucy is a girl with character who guards her own place on Earth. It may happen – unfortunately, this happens more and more often with age – that Lucy will not show sufficient hospitality, will try to show who is in charge here and will pinch your pet. Wincent, on the other hand, despite all his golden love, has a bone to pick with full-blooded males. Some of these rules – we emphasize this to avoid misunderstandings – do not apply to four-legged hosts. For example, Lucy and Wincent are not walked on a leash on the premises. Unfortunately, various unpleasant experiences show that sometimes we should, and even must, refuse to accept a pet. This is particularly justified when it gets crowded or when the pet is a representative of breeds considered dangerous, regardless of your opinion. PLEASE NOTE that you must inform us that you are planning to arrive with a pet when making your reservation. We reserve the right to limit the number of guests' pets on the premises. If in doubt, call, write, or ask. There is an additional fee of PLN 50/day for pets.

We are operating on a seasonal basis. We invite you to visit SIRVIS between April 1 and October 31. This is the best time to visit the Suwałki region, a time when you can really slow down and enjoy the beauty of nature. In addition, we invite organized groups to visit us for New Year's Eve and family holidays.

When booking your stay, please fill out the booking form, contact us by email or phone. To confirm your booking, you must pay a booking fee of 30% of the accommodation cost. The remaining amount for your stay will be collected on the day of arrival, in accordance with the agreed booking date. Payment can be made in cash, by credit card, or by debit card.

In the event of cancellation, regardless of the circumstances, the reservation fee (advance payment) is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another reservation at a different date. A change of date is possible only in special and justified cases, within the same season – "low," "medium," "high," subject to the same period of stay (same accommodation cost), provided, of course, that rooms are available. In the event of a shortened stay (late arrival, early departure), the total cost of the stay remains unchanged.

Yes, the minimum stay is 2 nights in the "low season" and "mid season," and 3-7 nights in the "high season" (seven-day stays, from Saturday to Saturday, during the holiday season). For stays of one night ("low season," "mid season"), the room price increases by PLN 50/night.

A day lasts from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. the following day. During the holiday season (July and August), it lasts from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. Of course, we try to adapt to the needs of our guests as much as possible.

Unregulated vacation, i.e. During the holiday season (June 27-August 29), we offer rooms exclusively in seven-day cycles, from Saturday to Saturday. To make an online reservation, select the appropriate dates of your planned stay (7 days / Saturday-Saturday) in the calendar fields, check room availability, and make your reservation.

Buildings A and B are wooden houses. Since sound insulation in this type of construction is significantly weaker than in traditional brick buildings, we have introduced a so-called "quiet zone," which means... Please, when staying in these two buildings, KEEP QUIET. When choosing rooms located in buildings A and B and using the so-called common areas, please remember about the peace and comfort of other guests. For this reason, based on the experience and suggestions of our guests, we have introduced the SIRVIS 5-10-15 rule. We encourage families with small children to use our family apartments – rooms "Bicycles," "Boats," and "Kites" located in building C.

Of course you can. Are you planning a family vacation? We are very happy about that and welcome you, but... Based on various experiences, and with the peace and relaxation of other guests in mind, especially those vacationing without children and seeking quiet, we have had to introduce a few rules. SIRVIS 5-10-15 means that we welcome families with children of any age, including toddlers under 5, to our family apartments in building C (Bicycles, Boats, Kites). In building A (Cormorants, Fish, Butterflies, Frogs, Crayfish, Ladybugs, Owls), we accommodate children over 5 years of age, and in rooms on the upper floor, children over 10 years of age. In building B (Birds, Dandelions), we have rooms for adults and young people over 15 years of age. Additionally, the number of people occupying a room cannot exceed the number specified during booking. Parents planning to arrive with a child are asked to provide this information. As a rule, we do not provide extra beds in double rooms, we accommodate a maximum of two people, and we do not allow parents and children or children sleeping together in one bed.

Yes, we care about the well-being of all our guests. We kindly ask you to keep quiet between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

Yes, we have a parking lot, which is free and unguarded. We are not responsible for vehicles left in the parking lot or any items inside them. When occupying a parking space, please be considerate of others and leave your vehicle in the designated spaces, occupying only one such space. What do we mean? Simple, park as shown in the resort layout diagram.

Yes, we have the option to charge electric vehicles. We have installed a Greencell HabuDen wallbox in the parking lot. It is a smart charging station for electric vehicles with a power output of up to 22 kW. The station is compatible with electric vehicles equipped with a Type 2 connector. The charging service is subject to a fee. The current cost is 2.00 PLN per 1 kWh.

It's actually very simple. You sign a short car rental agreement with us, receive the user manual and keys, get tips on where to go, and set off on your "journey through time." Our Maluch is a 50-year-old antique, and such a gem must be cared for. Therefore, you are fully responsible for any damage or destruction. The cost is PLN 126 for 30 minutes, but... the price decreases as time passes. An hour's drive costs PLN 200, and each subsequent hour started costs PLN 100. How do we calculate it? Simple, you traveled for 2 hours, you pay PLN 300. You took a little longer and returned after 2 hours and 10 minutes, you pay PLN 400 because another hour has started. The rental price includes the cost of fuel to empty the first tank. You pay for subsequent tanks yourself.

We offer the following FREE OF CHARGE: Giant MTB bikes – 7 (one youth bike, three size M bikes, three size L bikes), kayaks – 4 (three double kayaks, one single kayak), rowing boat (4-person). We rent equipment free of charge, but... Users are responsible for keeping the bikes, kayaks, and boat clean. We offer the following for a fee: Sailing boat – available only to experienced sailors – fee of PLN 75/hour or PLN 350/day rental, SUP board – fee of PLN 30/hour, electric motor for boats – fee of PLN 30/hour, "Trzcinowisko" raft – raft trip – fee of PLN 30/hour (oars) or PLN 60/hour (electric motor). "Tratwa na grubo" raft trip – possibility of lighting a fire on board, sausages for the fire – additional fee of PLN 25/person (minimum 2 people).

One sauna session is free of charge. Each additional session costs PLN 25 per person (minimum 2 people). We also recommend extras - twigs PLN 40, exfoliating salt PLN 20, honey cream PLN 30, aromatherapy oil PLN 15.

Remember, the sauna is not about breaking temperature records or spending time in it, but rather about hardening the body. For this purpose, 70-90°C is sufficient. The "Russian banya" is characterized by high humidity, up to 70%. The effect is achieved by pouring water over heated stones. When increasing humidity, the temperature should be lowered. It is assumed that the sum of humidity and temperature should oscillate between 120-140 (e.g., 80°C + 40% = 120). When using the sauna, we recommend that you focus on your own well-being and treat the thermometer reading as a supplement. Health is the most important thing. If you feel worse, end the session immediately. A few rules for using our "Russian banya": 1. It will take a few minutes to reach the sauna – do not dress too warmly and hang your clothes on the hanger by the entrance door. 2. Pick up the sauna key on the way and close the door after the session. 3. Be careful with the stove, hot stones, and exhaust pipe – these elements are really hot. 4. The only thermostat is the entrance door. If you feel that it is too hot, open the door slightly and ventilate the interior. 5. Cooling down, as befits a "Russian banya," takes place in the lake – we recommend entering via the ladder from the pier – it is shallow (about 140 cm) and safe.

"Darkness, I see darkness, darkness I see..." Don't worry, we'll explain. You receive the key to the cinema room from us. You turn on the projector with a button on the housing and use the remote control to start Apple TV (the heart of the system) and the receiver. You can use your favorite streaming platforms (Netflix, MAX, Apple TV, Prime, SKY Showtime), watch movies, sports, or your favorite shows, all on a big screen and in HD quality, of course. NOTE: You are responsible for the cost of any paid movies and programs! Remember, do not change the equipment settings, and if necessary, ask for help. After the screening, turn off the Apple TV, receiver, and projector with the remote controls, close the room, and return the key. A simple rule works great, don't you know? ASK!!! Our cinema is open until 10:00 p.m. - please respect the peace and quiet of other guests - and is OPEN TO GUESTS AGED 18 AND OVER. Please note that the cinema room is not available when building A is rented exclusively.

Sure, we have a special place for bonfires by the lake. The fee for wood for bonfires and fireplaces is PLN 25 per bag. If you plan to "play with fire," pick up a bag from us and fill it with wood from the storage area in the parking lot. We also have two barbecues in the gazebos by the lake. PLEASE NOTE: barbecues can only be used in the gazebos. You must have your own charcoal or briquettes.

Yes, of course, but please let us know. Also, please be considerate of other guests. We don't want anyone to disturb their stay. Visitors are asked to leave the premises by 10:00 PM.

Yes, of course, we have two large gazebos with barbecue facilities, a terrace with two tables and a view of the lake, and a designated place for a bonfire. Guests also have access to deck chairs and a comfortable swing bench. We also have several hammocks. These are public areas. However, please do not use the terraces located directly next to the buildings and above the "Poczekalnia" dining room. They are reserved exclusively for the rooms located next to them.

Yes, the fireplace is available for guests to use. Firewood can be collected from the woodshed in the parking lot. Please close the fireplace door while the fire is burning. The fee for firewood for the fireplace and bonfire is PLN 25 per bag. Planning to "play with fire"? Pick up a bag from us and collect wood from our storage area in the parking lot.

The buildings are wooden, which means that special care must be taken when using fire. Smoking candles, lanterns, incense sticks, etc. is STRICTLY PROHIBITED in all rooms.

No, we do not have such rooms. Smoking is strictly prohibited in our buildings.

We focus on ecology and preserving the environment in its pristine condition. We hope that our guests share this philosophy. We ask you to sort your waste, limit your water and energy consumption, and keep the premises clean, not only within the resort. Before leaving your room and common areas in the house, please remember to turn off the lights and electrical appliances.

Generally, it is safe and we have never had any unpleasant incidents, but please lock your doors. We are not responsible for any items left in the rooms.

Guests are financially responsible for any damage or destruction caused during their stay, regardless of whether the damage was caused intentionally or unintentionally. If you notice any faults or inconveniences, please report them to us. We will try to fix the problem as soon as possible, because a stress-free vacation is the basis for well-being. Something went wrong and you broke something? Show your civic courage and simply let us know.

This is a very simple and convenient solution, especially for families with slightly older children or groups of friends. Two adjacent rooms are separated from the hallway by a vestibule and an additional door. Once closed, you can move between the rooms while maintaining privacy. These two rooms are: two bedrooms, normal beds (double or single), two bathrooms, and a kitchenette. In short, the combination creates a comfortable two-room apartment. Take a look below at "Biedrosówki," "Żabkoraki," or "Dmuchoptaszki."

During your stay, please do not change the arrangement of the rooms, move equipment between rooms, or reconnect cables in audio-visual equipment. Unfortunately, this usually causes more harm than good.
