What does this award mean?
The Traveller Review Award is a distinction based on genuine guest reviews. It is not determined by a jury, a marketing algorithm, or a description of the offer, but rather by the experiences of people who have stayed with us, slept, eaten, relaxed, and returned to their daily lives. The rating of 9.6 is the average of dozens of such stories. Each one is slightly different, but many of them share several common themes.
What do guests appreciate about Sirvis?
The opinions we receive most often contain the same words:
- silence and space
- proximity to the lake and nature
- no rush or pressure
- warm atmosphere
- good food and a shared table
- the feeling that this place is "real" and not a hotel from a catalog
This is particularly important to us because that was exactly SIRVIS's intention from the very beginning.
This result is not a goal. It is an effect.
We never built Sirvis "for ratings." We don't chase perfect numbers, all-inclusive packages, or a universal standard for everyone.
Instead:
- we focus on the SLOW rhythm,
- we leave space to be ourselves,
- We believe that a good vacation does not need fireworks.
If someone likes it, great. If not, that's fine too. The high ratings we receive from our guests are a result of this philosophy, not its goal.
