We also offer training at a nearby swimming pool – a 25-meter pool in Augustów (only 20 minutes from Sirvis Apartments), with the possibility of renting a lane or lanes for exclusive use. We invite you to swimming camps and workshops organized in cooperation with the Warsaw Masters Team.
BICYCLE: Countless kilometers of picturesque cycling routes for road cycling and MTB. Northern Suwałki Region is also an excellent area for strength training. The terrain and several "mountain bonuses" have surprised many cyclists. If the weather prevents outdoor training, we have ELITE Real E-motion rollers or Star Trac Spinner Elite spinning bikes at your disposal. We invite you to join us for cycling training sessions.
RUNNING: As with cycling routes, you could say that the sky is the limit. We invite you to running camps and workshops organized in cooperation with Grazia Running.
Why the Costa Blanca?
SWIMMING: Alicante and Santa Pola are ideal places for water sports, and the main tourist attractions are the excellent beaches. The clean and warm water encourages swimming training. Playa Lisa (50 m from our location in Santa Pola) and Playa Postiguet (300 m from our location in Alicante) are ideal for various sports, from swimming to surfing, kite surfing, SUP, sailing, and canoeing.
CYCLING: The Alicante region is a popular destination for both amateur and professional cyclists for autumn and winter training. Cycling enthusiasts appreciate the mild climate and varied routes suitable for all levels of cycling proficiency. Importantly, the roads are much less busy during this period than in the summer season.
RUNNING: The region's beautiful beaches and mountains are ideal running routes. You can choose to train along the beaches, which offer flat routes for speed training or slower, longer runs. Or you can opt for more challenging mountain trails. Either way, you'll come out a winner, with fantastic views as your reward.
