- Relaxation and "licking cycling wounds" – heat and cold therapy (sauna and "cryotherapy" in the lake)

- Cycling stories in the evening and... replenishing golden isotonic drinks
SUNDAY:

MONDAY, OR WEEKEND+:
- You get an extra night's accommodation (Sunday-Monday) for FREE.
- You only pay for the meals you choose – breakfast PLN 30/person, lunch PLN 50/person

As usual, we will be riding on the roads and trails of Suwałki. We will divide into a more and less PROfessional group. Gravel bikes, MTBs, and even e-bikes will work well. Grab what you have and join us! 🙂
